Membership Terms & Conditions: 1. Membership Period: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment; Renewal information will be provided prior to expiry. 2. Membership Fees: Membership fees are payable annually; Fees are non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed by SOC). 3. Membership Benefits: A statement that benefits may evolve as the Cluster develops and can include: Network introductions, Member profile, Promotion opportunities, Newsletter, Event discounts, Access to discounted services 4. Use of Member Information: Permission to display organisation name, logo and website on the Member Directory (subject to member provision); By applying for membership, you are providing permission for the SOC to share your contact details with relevant members of the network, whom the SOC assess could be of strategic benefit to the work being performed by yourself or third party.  5. Code of Conduct: As members of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, we are committed to fostering a collaborative, professional and inclusive environment that supports the sustainable growth of Scotland's ocean economy. Members agree to: Professional Conduct - Members Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and constructive manner when engaging with other members, partners and stakeholders; Collaboration and Respect - Respect differing views, expertise and experiences, and contribute positively to discussions, events and activities; Integrity - Act honestly and ethically in their dealings with the Cluster and other members; Confidentiality - Respect the confidentiality of information shared in confidence through member interactions, introductions or Cluster activities; Reputation - Avoid any actions that may knowingly damage the reputation of the Scottish Ocean Cluster or its members; Compliance - Operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards relevant to their activities; Membership Participation - Support the aims and objectives of the Scottish Ocean Cluster and engage constructively in opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing; Breach of Code - The Scottish Ocean Cluster reserves the right to review membership where a member's conduct is deemed inconsistent with this Code of Conduct or the values of the Cluster. In such circumstances, membership may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Scottish Ocean Cluster. 6. Termination: SOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where activities are contrary to the interests of the Cluster.
