The Scottish Ocean Cluster is hosting the third of its structured networking events for 2026, in Fort William.

On 8 October 2026, in Fort William, the Scottish Ocean Cluster bring together stakeholders from across the seafood by-products value chain, including industry, academia and biotechnology.

Through presentations and a focused roundtable discussion, participants will explore the challenges, opportunities and innovations involved in unlocking the highest possible value from Scotland’s seafood by-products, supporting both environmental sustainability and long-term economic resilience. The event will encourage open dialogue, knowledge sharing and collaboration to help advance the blue economy within Scotland.

A networking lunch will provide additional opportunities to build connections and foster future strategic partnerships.
