Victor West
Chair of the Board
Victor West is one of Scotland’s most respected seafood industry leaders, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the food, seafood and aquaculture sectors. Formerly Chief Executive of Associated Seafoods Ltd, Victor led the company for 15 years, overseeing significant growth, strategic acquisitions, and the expansion of its market presence within the UK seafood industry. He has held senior leadership positions throughout his career and is widely recognised for his expertise in business growth, operations, value-added seafood production, and industry collaboration. As Chair of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, Victor is helping to shape the future of Scotland’s blue economy, bringing together businesses, researchers and investors to accelerate innovation, foster strategic partnerships and unlock the full potential of the country’s ocean resources.
Donna Fordyce
Director
As Chief Executive of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, Donna Fordyce is championing a new era of innovation for Scotland's blue economy. Her vision is to maximise the value of every part of Scotland's seafood resources by connecting industry, academia, biotechnology, entrepreneurs and investors to create sustainable, high-value opportunities from seafood side streams.
Tracy White
Project ManagerDr Tracy White is Project Manager of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, where she leads the development and delivery of strategic projects that connect Scotland's seafood, biotechnology, research and innovation sectors. Working closely with industry, academia, government and investors, she is responsible for translating the Cluster's vision into collaborative initiatives that unlock greater value from seafood side streams, strengthen the circular economy and support long-term growth across Scotland's blue economy.
Steve Marr
Engagement ManagerAs Engagement Manager for the Scottish Ocean Cluster, Steve Marr works across industry and partner organisations to help turn the Cluster's vision into action. He supports the planning and delivery of workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and collaborative projects that bring together businesses, researchers, entrepreneurs and policymakers to unlock new opportunities from seafood side streams.
