As Chief Executive of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, Donna Fordyce is championing a new era of innovation for Scotland's blue economy. Her vision is to maximise the value of every part of Scotland's seafood resources by connecting industry, academia, biotechnology, entrepreneurs and investors to create sustainable, high-value opportunities from seafood side streams.

Tracy White

Manager

Dr Tracy White is Project Manager of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, where she leads the development and delivery of strategic projects that connect Scotland's seafood, biotechnology, research and innovation sectors. Working closely with industry, academia, government and investors, she is responsible for translating the Cluster's vision into collaborative initiatives that unlock greater value from seafood side streams, strengthen the circular economy and support long-term growth across Scotland's blue economy.

Steve Marr

Engagement Manager

As Engagement Manager for the Scottish Ocean Cluster, Steve Marr works across industry and partner organisations to help turn the Cluster's vision into action. He supports the planning and delivery of workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and collaborative projects that bring together businesses, researchers, entrepreneurs and policymakers to unlock new opportunities from seafood side streams.
